Lhara and Professor Thaddeus Paleo are selling gems, motes, herbs, potions and leather for pretty low prices. It’s on limited supply like Khorium Power Cores, but these are on a much faster respawn - if Wowhead comments are right, 20ish minute respawn could easily yield about 1000 gold per day, assuming you stand there camping for 5-6 hours.

I can completly confirm this! As i’ve been doing just that very thing the last 4/5 times the faire has spawned!
This week i’ve even been travelling to Mulgore as it seems a lot less busy!
This last faire was even better, with most people spending their time in Northrend, there was little competition.
The scrolls made a lot of gold (only purchased IV+. And the herbs sold like crazy.
I have been doing this for over a year, and it helps make a good portion of my gold.
