Yes it does, but with this macros you can switch from, say Cat to Cat, or Travel > Travel to brake snares without having to click twice.
At least that’s how it works for me.

As Nibuca said, I was pretty sure that you can now directly switch between forms without going through caster form

With the 2.3 changs, is the /cancelform really necessary?

When I’m in cat form and I hit the “bear form” button. It shifts me from cat to bear.

When I’m in cat form and I hit a heal button it automatically drops me out of cat form and into caster form.

WRT this one:
/castsequence reset=target Thorns, Mark of the Wild
I’d put MotW first since all party members get MotW but usually only tanks/melee dps get Thorns.

WRT rebirth:

I prefer this method:
/stopmacro [nodead]
/cancelform
/say Rebirth on %t
/cast Rebirth

This prevents me from saying “casting rebirth” when I’ve got someone who’s alive targetd. Also, I prefer say since you can rez people not in your party.. and party doesn’t broadcast to the whole raid.

A couple of notes on some of these:

/stopcasting
/cancelform
/cast Nature's Swiftness
/cast Healing Touch

This is a 1-touch macro if you are standing still. If you use it while moving (in PvP, for example) you will need to hit it twice

/cast Shadowmeld
/use Star's Tears

This should be the other way around. If you try to eat/drink while stealthed you will come out of it. However, if you reverse it it will work (stealth after starting to eat/drink). Very very useful in arena.
