Preparing For Season 4
You should know by now S4 is scheduled for 25th this month. I hope most of you are capped with honor (75,000) and arena points (5,000), so you can waste money on those enchants and gems. Jewelcrafters and Enchanters are going to be really busy first couple of weeks, so if you’re missing some recipes or designs now’s the time to get them.
I could go on with regular rubbish about why you should keep reading this post, but that wouldn’t help anyone so here it is.
Enchanting:
Gloves - Major Strenght, Superior Agility, Major Healing, Major Spellpower
Bracers - Brawn/Assault, Spellpower, Superior Healing, Fortitude
Boots - Fortitude, Surefooted, Boar’s Speed
Chest - Exceptional Stats, Major Resilience
Weapon - Mongoose, Soulfrost, Savagery, Executioner, Major Healing, Major Spellpower
Ring - Healing Power, Spellpower, Stats

Noble Topaz - Inscribed Noble Topaz

Star of Elune - Solid, Stormy (less popular but still needed)
Dawnstone - Mystic, Smooth, even Brilliant
Since epic gems are now available for badges on most realms and are easy to get (if you have gold or extra badges that is), you should get these. If you have points for S4 gear, then at least put proper enchants and gems in it - it’s worth it.
Shadowsong Amethyst (purple), Crimson Spinel (red), Empyrean Sapphire (blue), Lionseye (yellow), Pyrestone (orange), Seaspray Emerald (green).

Don’t forget the shoulder enchants! With the new rating requirements not many people will be able to buy S4 shoulders, but don’t forget about S2 items! Assuming you are exalted, Scryers need 8 Arcane Tomes, while Aldor require 8 Fel Armaments for Arcane Runes or Holy Dust, respectively.
Make sure to check the required mats for any enchants or gems you might need and get them soon - and by soon I mean really soon. Prices will go up as always, even before S4 hits.
If you have extra couple thousand gold lying around, take a step further and resell all of this stuff. Stacking Void Crystals, Large Prismatic Shards, Greater Planar Essences and Arcane Dusts is the obvious choice. As for primals, Water, Air, Fire and Life are your best bet. Primal Earth is pretty commonly used but it’s too cheap and not worth the trouble. Most healing enchants require Primal Life, which you can farm easily if you grab a herbalist with you to Skettis.
This is your last chance to make gold off of this before the expansion, there are no more patches or arena seasons. Don’t let others get away with all the profits.
