RogueRogue just posted a review of the two new arenas in Wrath, Dalaran and Orgrimmar. Basic strategy and line of sight areas are mentioned, and although it’s from a rogue perspective it’s still a worthwile read if you didn’t get to know them until now. We have less than two weeks till Season 5 starts and knowing the arenas is just as important as having the right gear.

For those of you who played these new arenas, any special tricks or know-hows you have to share?

Orgrimmar sucks so hard it isn’t even funny. I like Dalaran, though.

Dont forget the inability to create a soulwell while the lift is moving in the new org arena.. This one caught me out. Another little feature for locks to deal with.

I will agree with Draz that the new org arena is bad news for locks. Too easy to get targeted from the word go. I was literally dead one time before the gates came down. Im still trying to work out what hit me.

The Sewers area is much more lock friendly.
